Wuxi (Binhu) National Sensing Information Center

This center is at the core area of the Wuxi Taihu Lake New City, with a planned total area of 3.4 square kilometers and an estimated cost of five billion yuan.

It will specialize in R&D and applications of sensor network information technology, with help from related industries and is expected to be a leader and nationalmodel. It will consist of areas for R&D, systems, services, support, training, and logistics and has already attracted many talented people from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Singapore to start up businessw.

Its industries cover sensor network information technology and smart technology for communications, medical care, environmental protection, safety, logistics and the agricultural Internet of Things. The park has brought together 180 enterprises such as of Fudan University’s Research Institute at Wuxi, CETC Internet of Things (Innovation and R&D), Wuxi iData Technology Co, Wuxi NCE Power, IMV, Wanrun Quantum, China Transportation Information and Compass Technology Co, and Tianyu Medical Co.
