China Taiping High-end Senior Living Community project was launched in Wuxi New district on July 9, 2014. The project was established by China Taiping Insurance Group. With a total investment of nine billion yuan ($1.45 billion), it plans to creat a world-leading and high-end community for senior citizens.
The project mainly serves the high-end clients of the insurance services of China Taiping Group, providing the senior residents with high-quality supporting facilities, including entertainment, medical service, fitness and catering facilities.
The Project is located in Hongshan town of Wuxi city, integrating the local ecological environment with advanced medical resources. The project will start construction in July, 2015, with an initial investment of three billion yuan.
China Taiping Insurance Group is one of the four state-owned insurance enterprises. Its subsidy company, Taiping Senior Living Investment Co, specializes in the investment and operation of the pension industry, including the investment and assets management of the pension industry and senior living service. The Group is going to launch high-end senior living community projects in ten major cities of China, such as Shanghai and Wuxi within three to five years.
