Ingredients: garlic, lemon grass, chili pepper, sugar, salt, oyster sauce

Cooking process: First, grind up the chili pepper, lemon grass and garlic and place it with all the dry ingredients onto the pork rib. Let it marinate in the fridge overnight. On the second day, bake them.
