Jiangnan University witnessed its 9th International Food and Culture Expo on June 6, aiming to foster interactions on campus and promote exchange among different cuisines.
The annual feast was organized by the Party committees of Jiangnan University's Logistics Department and the School of International Education to celebrate diverse cultures and the upcoming Dragon Boat Festival. Executives from university offices and departments gave speeches at the opening ceremony in the presence of students and the press.

Students from a total of 24 countries, including Russia, Thailand, and South Africa, were invited to bring their recipes. They dished up homemade delicacies and drinks on the stalls, greeting guests with delicious fragrances.
During the feast, student representatives dressed in traditional costumes gave visitors a feast for the senses with spectacular performances, among which the folk dance from Bangladesh was so impressive that the host and audience eventually joined in the dancing.

"It's a wonderful opportunity to embrace different cultures and learn from each other," said Я Ekaterina, a Russian student who studies Chinese at Jiangnan University.
