Norwich, under the administration of the State of Connecticut, is located between New York and Boston with an area of 76.4 square kilometers and a population of 37,000. The geographical position of Norwich is superior and the traffic is very convenient with highway, railway, waterway and aviation transportation leading to all directions. Norwich is composed of the downtown area, residential area and the commercial area. The commercial area has a long history of commerce, trading and culture with industrial parks located in it. Norwich is also called "Rose of the New England" owning to its beautiful rose gardens and cultural tourism attractions.
