Wuxi National Hi-tech District (WND) held a summit themed "Industrial internet, Intelligent Xinwu" on Aug 8, showcasing the development of the industrial internet and intellectual manufacturing.
Over 200 experts attended the summit, five of whom gave speeches on the situation, problems and future Chinese industries are facing during their digital transformation.
A series of cooperation projects were also signed during the summit. Several industrial internet service platforms, such as HanClouds, Hibaotech and Maxtropy, will help promote the transformation of traditional industries.

WND Director Wang Jinjian attended the summit and looked back on the 10-year development of IoT in WND. With the industrial internet platform as the core and the intelligent demonstration workshop as the main body, WND has opened a new path in its intelligent manufacturing industrial chain.
Wang said the district will continue to focus on the research and development of autonomous intelligent manufacturing equipment, systems and software, and offer more chances for companies involved in the whole industrial chain to cooperate.
During the summit, the Wuxi Intelligent Manufacturing Management Association of German Enterprises was launched.
