We will intensify efforts to obtain various preferential loans, support policies and subsidies at State and provincial levels, help more enterprises to be included in national and provincial support policies, and strive for more effective resources to help Wuxi enterprises overcome difficulties. We will strive to speed up the implementation of industrial policies, actively organize enterprises to apply for such support policies, expedite reviews and identification of applications, and provide funds in a timely manner for enterprises that meet conditions. 19. Establishing assistance mechanisms to support production resumption by enterprises according to the conditions of the epidemic. All regions and departments shall in a timely manner collect and summarize the difficulties and demands of enterprises in responding to the epidemic through government websites, WeChat public accounts, telephones, field surveys and other methods, and actively help to solve them. A 12345 service hotline will be opened to solve problems in production resumption by enterprises and establish service coordination mechanisms. Major issues shall be resolved after discussion and research according to their specified demands and difficulties. We will intensify the allocation of epidemic prevention and control supplies, and support enterprises in epidemic prevention and control after resumption of work. We will continue to advance the work of clearing up arrears owed to SMEs and private enterprises, and governments at all levels and State-owned enterprises shall fulfill contracts in a timely manner in accordance with regulations, help enterprises affected by the epidemic to obtain epidemic-related certification, and actively provide legal assistance to enterprises affected by the epidemic that became involved in economic disputes such as contract breaches. Convenient credit repair processes will be adopted to help enterprises avoid the risk of losing credit, provided that enterprises may be affected by factors such as force majeure from the epidemic and face effects through losing credit such as being unable to fulfill production orders or failing to deliver products. Insurance companies are encouraged to expand insurance responsibilities, increase the supply of insurance products, and support enterprises in purchasing related insurance for their employees. We will give full play to the coordination mechanism of coal, electricity, oil and natural gas and heating supplies, strengthen dynamic monitoring, coordinate and solve major issues across regions, departments and industries in a timely manner to ensure stable supply of coal, electricity, oil and natural gas. We will strengthen the monitoring and analysis of Wuxi's economic operation during the epidemic, ensure early warning, prediction and detection of problems so that they can be handled in a timely manner, and thus ensure the steady and healthy development of the economy and society. We will increase publicity and rewards for enterprises and entrepreneurs who made positive contributions in response to the epidemic, and encourage more enterprises and entrepreneurs to make greater contributions to the stable operation of the economy.
