Asked about his thoughts on the epidemic, he said: "I feel safe in the community where I live. The community team are doing a lot of great work to protect everyone. I often see the community team staff working late into the evening preparing activities so we all feel protected." It was for this reason that Stephen decided to make the desserts for the hardworking staff.
Yang Qiwen, head nurse at the Xin'an Subdistrict Health Service Center, said they appreciated the tasty present, which encouraged them to try their best to overcome the epidemic.
