Jiangsu Vocational College of Information Technology is a state-owned state-run higher vocational college directly under Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education, and it is a demonstration vocational college in Jiangsu Province.
The college is located beside the beautiful Tai Lake in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China. It has two campuses, the Outang and Dongting campuses; the main campus is located in Wuxi Vocational Education Park, covering an area of 1165 mu, building area of 322000 square meters, fixed assets of 850 million Yuan, and books of more than 600000 copies It is an ecological wetland type campus with well-equipped facilities, beautiful environment, and distinctive characteristics suitable for teaching and learning.
In 2016, the college recruited 40 foreign students from Laos to study Chinese and major courses on campus.
