Jiangnan University in Wuxi announced that the new semester will start on April 20 after the longest winter break in history.
Students meeting the qualification are asked to go back to school in waves starting from April 20. Foreign teachers and students currently staying in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, or foreign countries will still not be allowed to return.
Jiangnan University faculty and staff will begin returning to work on April 17.
Meanwhile, Binjiang College of Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, located in Wuxi's Xishan district, will reopen on April 15.
