Jiangsu province's six government departments and enterprises signed an agreement to promote the integrated development of tourism and sports in Jiangyin city, Wuxi on May 10.
The six parties, including the Jiangsu Provincial Sports Bureau, Wuxi Sports Bureau, Wuxi Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism, Jiangyin Municipal Bureau of Culture, Sports, Radio, Television and Tourism, Xinqiao Town People's Government and Heilan Group, will develop Heilan's Feima Water Town of Heilan into a sports-tourism demonstration base.

Feima Water Town, built by apparel manufacturer Heilan Group, is a scenic area providing various activities involving horses in Xinqiao town, Jiangyin. It was listed among the top 10 sports-tourism projects in China in 2019 with the only living horse museum in the world and was noted for its wonderful horsemanship performances.
During the signing ceremony, the government of Wuxi also signed an agreement with Jiaozou in Henan province to develop tai chi and Chinese wushu in Xinqiao town. The Jiangsu provincial wushu team also established its training base in Xinqiao town.
