The Yangtze River Delta Entrepreneur Alliance was unveiled in Huzhou, Zhejiang province on June 6, during the 2020 Forum of Major Leaders of the Yangtze River Delta.
The non-profit alliance is composed of leading enterprises in key industries and pillar industries in the Yangtze River Delta region and directors of commerce and economic associations.
According to the forum, the alliance is expected to work as an efficient communication platform for entrepreneurs, party committees, governments and relevant departments in the Yangtze River Delta region. It aims to promote cooperation among various industrial chains, develop innovations in science and technology, boost international communications and contribute to the economic growth of the region.

Zhou Haijiang, chairman of Wuxi-based garment giant Hodo Group, was invited to the forum to share his ideas on how to promote the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta region.
Zhou was elected deputy chairman of the alliance due to his efforts to develop Hodo Group into a driving force in China's development and a major contributor to employment creation, technological innovation and tax revenue.
Zhou said that Hodo is a beneficiary, a sharer, a participant and a builder in the integrated development of Yangtze River Delta region. The company will continue to work to develop independent innovation, brand and capital to promote high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta region.
