Wuxi showcased its cultural and tourism products at the third Grand Canal Culture and Tourism Expo, which was held in Suzhou, Jiangsu province from Sept 22 to 25.
With the theme of "integration, innovation, and sharing", this year's expo provided a platform to promote the integrated development of the cultural and tourism industries, their related products, and the sharing of canal city lifestyles.
Occupying an area of 3,865 square meters, the offline expo included six themed exhibition areas spanning canal cities' cultural and tourism industries, the canal's intangible cultural heritage items, and a local food exhibition.
As a famous canal city, Wuxi displayed its cultural and tourism boutique products, intangible cultural heritage items, as well as recommended vacation sites, scenic spots, and best travel routes.

Various fine works and skills of Yixing zisha teapots attracted a large number of visitors. In addition, tourist attractions in Wuxi, such as Nianhuawan scenic area, Turtle Head Isle, Three Kingdoms Town, Yangshan East China Peach Town, and Yixing Sea of Bamboo Park, generated great interest for their unique characteristics and beauty.
Wuxi's local specialties, such as steamed stuffed meat buns and Wuxi pork spare ribs, were also featured in the food exhibition.
The Qingming Bridge Historical and Cultural Block, as well as Nianhuawan scenic area were included in the first batch of provincial nighttime cultural and tourism consumption clusters at the launch ceremony of the expo's cultural and creative industry exhibition.
