Five enterprises based in Wuxi were recently included in the second batch of Jiangsu provincial digital business enterprises.
The enterprises included in the list were Jiangyin Heilan Home Electronic Commerce Co, Jiangyin Chuancheng Electronic Commerce Co, Brandway Protection Technology Co, Jiangsu WeShine Technology Co, and Jiangsu Dahou Electronic Commerce Co.
Wuxi is now home to 11 provincial digital business enterprises.
Relying on internet technology and its joint entity business model, Jiangyin Heilan Home Electronic Commerce Co has embarked on a path of online and offline integrated development.
"We use big data, artificial intelligence, and integrated information systems to deeply integrate online promotion and services, offline experience and services, as well as modern warehousing and logistics," said a director from the company. "We also continue to upgrade the design, production, warehousing, and logistics distribution processes of the apparel supply chain."
In 2020, the main business income of Jiangyin Heilan Home Electronic Commerce Co increased by 53.64 percent year-on-year.
Beginning last year, Jiangsu Dahou E-commerce Co has transformed from the original traditional e-commerce model to a new omni-channel retail one.
"We have built a new operating system for business operations, which integrates back-end production, manufacturing, and logistics," said a staff member from the firm.
In addition, Hodo Group and Heilan Home were selected as digital business enterprises and e-commerce demonstration enterprises of the Ministry of Commerce.
