I. Register and log into Lingxi APP account
1. Android and iPhone users can search for "灵锡"(Lingxi) in the mobile APP store or scan the QR code below to download and install the APP

2. Click Lingxi APP, then register and log in with your account
3. Click "Epidemic Prevention Zone" on the home page, or click "Rotation map" on the home page, for the column "Service for Compatriots from Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan Province & Foreign Nationals".
II. Personal Identity Verification
Enter the column "Service for Compatriots from Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan Province & Foreign Nationals", first click "to authenticate", then enter ID type, ID number, Country (Region), English Surname, English Given Name, Chinese Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Validity Period of ID, etc., and click "Submit".
Currently, three types of ID documents are acceptable: Mainland travel permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents, Mainland travel permit for Taiwan residents, and passport (ordinary passport, diplomatic passport, service passport, and passport for public affairs).
III. After completing Personal Identity Verification, you can use the services in the zone
At present, compatriots from Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan Province & Foreign Nationals can have access to the following services: Showing Health Code, Showing Trip Code, Doorbell Code Scanning, Nucleic Acid Testing Sites, Declaration for Arriving at Wuxi, Nucleic Acid Test Results, Health Code Application by compatriots from Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan Province & Foreign Nationals, etc.
