It is important for employees to development a spirit of craftsmanship, said Yuan Caifeng, a delegate to the 14th CPC Jiangsu Provincial Congress and Party branch secretary of Denso Ten Electronics (Wuxi) Ltd.
In the eyes of Yuan, the spirit of craftsmanship refers to devotion, perseverance, meticulosity, and commitment to excellence.
Yuan has worked at Denso Ten for 18 years, during which both Yuan and the company have made tremendous progress, with Yuan going from a frontline worker to a Party branch secretary and Denso Ten becoming one of the top 100 taxpayers in Xinwu district.

In her earlier years, Yuan was keen to explore ways to improve work efficiency and the mnemonic phrase she summarized has helped improve the qualification rate of the company's products.
Improvements to personnel arrangement, equipment debugging, and material confirmation made by Yuan have doubled the company's daily yield.
Ten years of frontline work experience familiarized Yuan with every production procedure, and to pass this experience to more workers, she took the initiative to offer theoretical and practical training and turned her work experience into handbooks.

Yuan has also paid close attention to the development trends of the auto industry. She said that for auto parts enterprises, industrial upgrading and transformation are not only a challenge, but also an opportunity.
"As a CPC member, I should gain more knowledge and skills to adapt to changes in the auto industry and encourage more workers to progress with me," noted Yuan.
