The 2022 Yabuli Forum Innovation Annual Meeting was held in Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province, on Nov 4.
Du Xiaogang, Party secretary of Wuxi, welcomed entrepreneurs attending the forum from around China and said that Wuxi is the birthplace of China's industries and commerce and is home to a large number of renowned entrepreneurs.
He noted that Wuxi was the first city in China to establish Entrepreneur Day, showcasing its confidence in developing its real economy.
Wuxi encourages entrepreneurs to bring more capital to the city, and local authorities will offer favorable policies and efficient services to create a better business environment, Du added.

Chairman of the Jiangsu Federation of Industry and Commerce Liu Cong said that the Yabuli Forum is an important platform for Chinese entrepreneurs to share their ideas, and that this year's forum is expected to familiarize entrepreneurs with Jiangsu and encourage more companies to set up operations in the province.
Liu also said that, located in the center of the Yangtze River Delta, Wuxi boasts a great location, prosperous real economy, and competitive industries.
The forum also witnessed the signing of cooperation agreements between the Wuxi Economic Development Zone and 12 enterprises involved in internet of things, information technology, and digital technology.
Other activities, including forums on digitization, intellectualization, and internet of things, were also held during the 2022 Yabuli Forum Innovation Annual Meeting.
