China Azalea Garden is a specialized garden for azalea flowers. It is home to over 50 native species and 450 horticultural varieties of azalea flowers.
Zuihong Slope is the best location in the garden to admire the flowers. When looking from Yunjing Hall, you'll be dazzled by how the azalea flowers are pouring down from the top of the slope, appearing like a waterfall in red and white.
The best garden should look like it grows by itself, according to landscaper master Li Zheng who made the China Azalea Garden his greatest work.
