People who are fond of handicrafts can visit the Hechang Neighbourhood Center during the Spring Festival holiday to try their hands at writing the Chinese character "福" and Spring Festival couplets and making Spring Festival paintings and Chinese knots, all of which are usually used to decorate houses during the festival.
