A delegation from Wuxi in East China's Jiangsu province started its two-day trip in Macao on Feb 23 to enhance cooperation with the city in more areas.
The delegation visited Nam Kwong (Group) Co Ltd, Chongwa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange Co Ltd, Macao University of Science and Technology, University of Macao, the Association for Promotion of Science and Technology of Macao, and the Macao Chamber of Commerce.

Party secretary of Wuxi Du Xiaogang, who heads the delegation, expects Nam Kwong to further its cooperation with Wuxi in digital economy, exhibition, finance, investment, and the construction of a metaverse digital culture industrial park.
Du also hopes Chongwa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange Co Ltd will treat Wuxi as an important supporter of business expansion in the Yangtze River Delta.
He also thanked the Macao Chamber of Commerce for its support for Wuxi's economic and social development and added that he hopes the chamber will further strengthen cooperation between enterprises in Wuxi and Macao.
During the trip, the Wuxi Economic Development District, Yangtze River Delta Future Technology and Life Health Research Institute of Peking University, and Jiangnan University inked strategic cooperation agreements with MUST.
Jiangyin, a county-level city of Wuxi, set up the Taihu Lake scholarship for both teachers and students and the Taihu Lake Innovation Fund at UM.
