Wuxi in Jiangsu province recently published 10 measures to facilitate inbound tourism, local media reported on April 26.
Local tourist attractions are encouraged to invite international travel agents to try out tourism routes. These travel agents will enjoy free admission to the attractions.
Tourism enterprises in the city that arrange for foreigners in China or inbound tourists to visit Wuxi will receive special rewards from the local government.

Touch screens with English introductions to Wuxi's tourism resources will be set up at local airport and railway stations.
Two hundred and eighty point-of-sale terminals accepting foreign cards will be available at attractions at the 4A-level or above, resorts at the provincial level or above, national tourism blocks, hotels with a three-star rating or higher, museums, and theaters.

The official English website of the Wuxi municipal bureau of culture, broadcasting and tourism includes columns featuring up-to-date information on tourism, special delicacies, cultural relics, former residences of renowned figures, intangible cultural heritage, art shows, and popular attractions.
Major cultural facilities and scenic spots in the city will offer multilingual services for reservations, guides and multilingual signs. They are also encouraged to provide foreign language audio guides.
A group of expats in Wuxi will be invited to tell stories about Wuxi and promote life in Wuxi to attract more tourists.
Special cultural activities will be held for foreign tourists, while multilingual tourist maps, travel routes and products will be launched to better serve them.
