The 15th CCF Taihu Forum - Autonomous and Controllable AI Innovation Technology Conference and 2024 Shanshui East Road Sci-Tech Valley Dialogue was held in Wuxi, Jiangsu province, on Nov 10.
The event, part of the World Internet of Things Exposition 2024, convened experts, entrepreneurs, and technologists in the AI sector from across the country to share insights on autonomous and controllable AI technologies and the intelligent IoT industry.
Shu Qingshan, deputy secretary-general of the China Computer Federation, underscored the importance of autonomous and controllable AI technologies and expressed the federation's determination to facilitate the exchange between industry, education, and research and propel the development of these technologies.
The inauguration ceremony of the Jiangnan University AI Industry Empowerment Center was held. The center is aimed at overcoming technological obstacles faced by the AI industry.
The conference also witnessed the launch of multiple projects, including the first domestic biomedical model and the first domestic photon computing AI programming framework platform.
In addition, experts, scholars, and industry representatives delivered themed speeches discussing the emerging trends in AI technologies.
