Seven foreign residents of Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province, visited Wuxi Zoo, where they were captivated by Yu Bao and Jia Yueyue, two giant pandas from Chongqing, as well as raccoons, anteaters, and other fascinating animals.
"This is my first time at the Wuxi Zoo and it's amazing because now you can see pandas without having to travel to Chongqing or Sichuan," said Samar Kerkeni, English teacher at Jiangnan University.
"There are so many other animals and it just felt like The Jungle Book. I think it's a great destination for weekends," added Samar.
The zoo's well-maintained environment and good facilities also left a deep impression on these foreign guests.
"I see Wuxi Zoo has a lot of facilities and a good environment," said Farman Ali, an international student at Jiangnan University. "It is special because they have such a cool environment, which is more suitable for such animals."
