Founded in 1957, HOdo Group operates in three sectors: apparel, tires, and pharmaceuticals. It owns more than 10 subsidiaries, including two main-board listed companies — HOdo Stock (600400) and General Stock (601500) — and Taxus Pharma (873858), which is listed on the New Third Board.
The group has set up overseas branches and factories in New York, Singapore, Thailand, and other regions. In Cambodia, it co-developed the 11.13-square-kilometer Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone with local enterprises, serving as a model for high-quality collaboration under the Belt and Road Initiative.
The group actively fulfills its social responsibilities by establishing the HOdo Charity Fund, Wuxi Yaoting Charity Fund, and Wuxi HOdo Care for Veteran CPC Members Fund. Over the years, it has also contributed through donations of cash and materials.
