Wuxi Xishan District Library helped establish the Yangtze River Delta Public Library Online Borrowing Service Alliance in 2020. In 2024, it launched the IP images "Xixiaotu & Shanzai" and developed a reading network that includes "one main library plus one branch library plus 10 urban study rooms plus 108 rural libraries". It offers book lending, digital reading services, and special activities like study tours.
