Yin Baohong, (October, 1943 - ), joined the army at the end of 1961, and acted as a platoon leader, officer, section chief and commissar. At present, he is a commissar in the PLA Academy of Arts with the military rank of Major-General. In 1963, he participated in the flood-fighting and emergency for 7 days in the Jinpu Railway and he participated in the rescue of Tangshan Earthquake in 1976. He successively won the 3rd prize for 3 times. At present, he joined a group of art soldiers to mobilize the important thought of “Three Represents”.
