The Wuxi Human Resources Market of the Wuxi Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security revealed that the enrollment plan of senior high school graduates in Wuxi by colleges in Hong Kong has started.
The Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) and Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI), public colleges under the administration of the Hong Kong Vocational Training Council (VTC), will enroll senior high school graduates in the Chinese mainland for the first time. Senior high school graduates of 2012 or previous years can apply for study in colleges for bachelor’s degrees in Hong Kong in the following 4 ways:
1. Directly applying to local renowned colleges in Hong Kong;
2. Directly applying to universities and colleges of undergraduate courses under the administration of VTC;
3 Directly applying for bridging courses co-organized by VTC and colleges in Hong Kong or overseas colleges;
4 Directly applying for overseas colleges. The Wuxi International Talent Exchange and Service Center will take charge of overseas enrollment plans in Wuxi including services of providing free training courses, providing education consultation, submitting online applications, arranging interviews for students and helping to handle student visas. The enrollment plan, a non-profit program jointly carried out by governments, will be free of charge for the applicants. The Wuxi International Talent Exchange and Service Center, a subordinate unit of the Wuxi Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, is an intermediary organization providing consultation for studying abroad at their own expense, application of overseas colleges and visas.
