Request on the Dynamic Update of the "Core Area - Business District" E Neighborhood of the Core Area Regulatory Detailed Plan of Taihu New Town (Xi Gui [2018] No. 3) has been studied and approved in principle as follows:
1. Agrees in principle to update the contents of the regulation, including the layout of the land after the adjustment of the area, land use indicators and road network.
2. In the next stage of the work and planning and implementation process, it’s important to further improve the scientific, rational and rigorous planning, accelerate the development and construction of the public supporting facilities in the core area of Taihu New Town, and promote the integration and development of the production city.
