It was learned from the Wuxi Municipal Bureau of Transportation that in the 2020 Wuxi Metro Service Quality Evaluation, 95.3% passengers were satisfied with the metro services. With train on-schedule rate of 99.99%, running chart implementation rate of 99.99% and service equipment reliability of 99.93%, all indicators of Wuxi Metro throughout the year were the best in history.

At present, Wuxi has had 3 metro lines in operation with a total length of 87.09 kilometers and 66 stations, including 3 interchange stations. In 2020, the total passenger capacity of Wuxi Metro Line 1 and Wuxi Metro Line 2 reached 87.221 million, with an average daily passenger flow of 238,300. Since the opening of Wuxi Metro Line 3 at the end of October in 2020, Wuxi has developed an initial metro network framework. In addition, the bus and metro interchange policy facilitated the growth of passenger flow, which increased the average daily passenger flow to exceed 400,000.
