With the development of economy, society and urban construction in Wuxi, people's demand for housing quality has entered a new stage. In order to further improve the quality of residential building design in Wuxi, build a pleasant living environment and enhance people’s sense of happiness in living, the Wuxi Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development developed the Design Guidelines for Residential Quality Improvement in Wuxi (Trial) in accordance with the requirements of high-quality development of urban and rural construction and relevant laws, regulations and technical specifications and in combination with the practical experience of residential construction in Wuxi. Now it is issued.
Please follow and implement this guideline, the main measure to improve the quality of residential design.
The guidelines will be put into force from May 1, 2021.
