The 2025 "Discover Jiangsu" international summer program concluded on July 21 at Jiangnan University in Wuxi, Jiangsu province.
The program features a two-week exploration of Jiangsu's canal and commerce culture through courses, visits, and tours in Wuxi, Yangzhou, and Suzhou.

Participants experienced traditional crafts and visited historical sites and modern landmarks, gaining insights into Jiangsu's rich heritage and strong economic development. The program highlighted cultural exchange and international cooperation.

The event wrapped up with a closing ceremony where participants showcased what they learned through presentations and performances. Kelvin Liang from Australia wanted to use AI technologies like robotics to showcase the charm of the cities along the Grand Canal to the world, while Annefleur Kuiken from the Netherlands said that the Grand Canal is not just a UNESCO symbol but a cultural root passed down through generations.
